FAQs

How will the training be delivered?

We use Zoom video conferencing to deliver the training. You don’t need to have an account – we will send you a link to join the training session. Just click on it at the agreed time to join us.

How many people will be on the training with me?

This training is delivered one-to-one so you will be the only participant in the session.

What if I have a friend or colleague who wants to join the training too? Can more than one person join the session?

No problem. We can accommodate more than one person in the session. Each person will need to register and pay separately and we will send each of you an individual link to join the training. To ensure you get the opportunity to ask questions and get the most value from the training, we do limit numbers to a maximum of three. If you have more than three colleagues who would like the training, please contact us for a more bespoke solution.

Can I do the training face to face instead?

Yes, we are very happy to arrange this in a mutually convenient location. Please contact us for more information.

How is this training different to any other training I’ve seen elsewhere?

This training is delivered by highly experienced, qualified social media trainers. We have put it together using our many years of marketing and social media experience, and have tailored it based on what our own clients have told us they would find most useful. We know it’s effective and useful because past trainees have told us!

What experience and training do you (the trainers) have?

You will be in good hands. We are both highly experienced marketers with over 40 years of marketing experience between us – working in both client and agency environments. Added to that, we are both professionally trained in strategic social media, having passed the Digital MumsCPD-accredited Strategic Social Media Associate programme. To further boost our credentials, Sian has also completed further training to become a Certified Social Media Trainer (again with Digital Mums). Your time and money are too precious to waste undertaking training with anyone who can’t prove their credentials – we promise you will be in safe hands with us.

What if I do the training and STILL can’t get to grips with it all?

This training will provide all the tools you need to take the next steps – but if you really feel it’s beyond your scope after you’ve completed the training, we can offer additional support. We can develop a social media strategy, set up and optimise your social channels and then hand them over to you to manage, or even manage them on a day-to-day basis for you. Or, if you feel like you just need a bit more help to answer some immediate questions or challenges you’re facing, we offer individual Power Hours. Contact us for more information.

Do you offer any other social media training?

Yes, we can provide online or face-to-face training in Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Plus, further advice on managing a LinkedIn company page, if that’s what you need (this training is for personal profiles only).
