Design Your Strategy Days
How does it work?
We spend two days together, working through my marketing plan development process. You’ll download information about your business to me, then we’ll use The Marketing Architect workbook to create a plan for marketing your business.
Ideally we’ll book two 5 hour days, one week apart. You’ll have a little bit of homework to do before we meet up. Then we’ll roll our sleeves up and get to work.
By the end of the two days, we’ll have created the following items for your business:
- A Dream Client Profile – a clear view of exactly who your ideal client is, so that we can create a plan to target them. You’ll know their problems, why they need your help, where they hang out, everything.
- A Key Message Profile – including strapline, mission, the benefits of working with you and all the information your customers need to know about your business. You’ll be able to refer back to this every time you create content for your business as a checklist of what you need to say.
- A detailed Marketing Plan – the marketing objectives for your business, positioning, brand values, customer journey and a list of activities to meet the objectives. This will be in the form of a completed workbook that you can refer back to.
- An Action Plan – What you are going to do and when. All laid out for you to start working on as soon as we’ve finished. This will be your roadmap for rolling out the strategy.
