Design & Build Service

We provide this service for business owners who need a plan for the next stage of business growth and the help to put an efficient, automated marketing system in place.

With this marketing system working for you, decision-making will be easy. All the tiny details will be outlined in an action plan and taken care of, in the right order. Your communications will be consistent and organised, giving you more time to serve your customers (or enjoy a nice lunch). You’ll see a more regular stream of prospects who understand your business, are engaged with your brand, and ready to buy.

Like any good architect’s plan, our design will work with your budget for marketing spend. The last thing you want is a beautiful house with no furniture because you’ve run out of money. Once the design is finished we’d love to work with you to make it a reality or help you take it in house for your own team to use.

How does it work?

There are two stages to The Marketing Architect’s process.

Stage 1 – The Design – 5-6 weeks to research and create the marketing plan.

Stage 2 – The Build – where we help you bring your Design to life.

Stage 1 – The Design
To create a successful marketing plan, you must put the right foundations in place. You need to know precisely who your dream customers are, what problems you can solve for them, and what to say in your sales messages that will compel them to engage with your brand.

It takes 5-6 weeks to research and create the marketing plan.

Here’s what’s delivered at the end of this stage:

  • A detailed marketing plan – our observations on your business, your customer story, positioning, brand values, influencers, marketing objectives, customer journey and a list of activities to meet the objectives. This will be the plan we work from at the build stage. It’s a 15-20 page document including everything you need to put an effective marketing system in place.
  • A key message profile – including strapline, mission, the benefits of working with you and all the information your customers need to know about your business. You’ll be able to refer back to this every time you create content for your business as a checklist of what you need to say.
  • Competitor analysis – the marketing and messaging that’s being put out there by your competitors. So you can clearly see your position in the market.
  • Market research overview – feedback from a series of interviews – find out what your customers really think of you and the way that you provide your product or service.

Stage 2 – The Build

This is where we help you to bring your Design to life.

Gold Build – all the activities as set out in the plan, over time. This level of service will give you the best result.

Silver Build –  we’ll build a strong structure based on some of the elements of your plan (not all marketing activities will be included at this level).

We’ll use our skills and experience to bring marketing activities from your Design to life, show you how to track your success so we know what’s working and what isn’t, and introduce experts in our network to help, where needed, with technical or creative parts of the project.

Our recommendation: Gold Build to get things set up (minimum three months) then move to Silver Build for ongoing support and maintenance.
